What Digital Operations manages
Each area below is part of keeping the Trust transparent, organised and reachable.
Website and public information
Publishing verified Trust information in English, Hindi and Urdu, and keeping pages accurate and accessible.
Application workflows
Membership, volunteer and assistance requests move through defined statuses with a reference ID for every applicant.
Digital records
Projects, updates, news, events, gallery and team records are maintained in the Trust's administrative system.
Document permissions
Every document is marked Public, Private or Admin Only. Identity documents and personal details are never published.
Accessibility and devices
The website is maintained to work on mobile, tablet, laptop, desktop and large displays.
Information security
Administrative access is role-based and every administrative action can be audited.
